Laser Vaginal Therapy: Reclaim Your Beauty from the Inside Out

There is a natural progression most women experience as they go through life – puberty, sexual activity, pregnancy, delivery, post-partum, hormonal changes, menopause, and aging. As they navigate these experiences, their bodies go through a multitude of physical and sensation changes.

Do not view this evolution as an abnormality, but rather as part of the normal aging process that affects vaginal health in the following ways:

These symptoms often significantly diminish vaginal function. If you have experienced any of these problems, vaginal rejuvenation using diVa® laser vaginal therapy is an ideal solution for renewing self-confidence and restoring the health of your vagina.

The diVa® Instrument Uses The Industry’s Most Precise Hybrid Fractional Laser Technology

During each session, the diVa® instrument uses the industry’s most precise hybrid fractional laser technology system to resurface and strengthen the layers of the vaginal wall by stimulating the growth of new collagen, neovascularization (formation of new blood vessels), and increased lubrication using the dual action of ablative and non-ablative wavelengths that are fully customized to meet the specific needs of each client.

How diVa® Works

Safety First

We insert the diVa® vaginal laser hand-piece into a single-use Strengthened Quartz Dilator (SQD) that consists of a quartz tip and remains stationary as the diVa® laser hand-piece automatically rotates in a precise manner, improving efficiency and reducing treatment times. More importantly, the single-use dilators ensure patient safety by significantly reducing the risk of cross-contamination between treatments.

“Just like other body tissues that change with age, such as impaired eyesight which requires glasses, or hearing that may require a hearing aid or muscle that requires strengthening to maximize function, this is no different.

The Sciton diVa® laser is the future of vaginal health.”

Vaginal Health & Stress Incontinence

Age and certain life events such as childbirth and menopause cause natural changes to a woman’s body. Those changes can have a negative effect on the health of her vagina due to extreme fluctuations in estrogen production as well as any physical stressors that compromise the integrity of the tissues. The stretching that occurs during childbirth, for instance, causes damage to the vaginal canal and the tissue surrounding. The tissue generally repairs naturally, but it often never returns fully to its pre-birth state of strength and thickness.

A reduction in estrogen production can also significantly damage the structure and strength of the vaginal walls, causing them to become thinner, dryer, and even inflamed, which often diminishes vaginal function. Among these common events are hysterectomy, breastfeeding, and chemotherapy treatment for cancer.

Consequently, both childbirth and aging alter a woman’s bladder function, often resulting in stress urinary incontinence – leaking of urine when one sneezes, coughs, exercises or simply laughs too hard. diVa® vaginal laser customizes and alters treatments to resolve, repair and restore the anterior vaginal wall to support the bladder’s tissue and eliminate stress urinary incontinence.

Treatment Sessions

Each diVa® laser vaginal therapy session is a controlled delivery treatment, generally requiring roughly five minutes to complete during an in-office outpatient procedure. No general anesthesia is necessary because it is so gentle.  We will numb the treatment area using a vaginal topical anesthetic to reduce discomfort during the procedure. Unlike some procedures, the non-invasive nature of diVa® laser vaginal therapy requires no downtime and allows women to return to their normal level of activity the very same day.

diVa® is changing women’s lives, bettering their day-to-day and helping them to be more confident. Let us customize a diVa® treatment to meet your needs and empower you to reclaim your inner beauty.
